Luke Trevaskis

Kingsley Parish Council employs a Proper Officer, Luke Trevaskis, and other contractors and workers to facilitate its administration and manage its service delivery.

The Proper Officer undertakes a wide range of duties to support the legal functions of Kingsley Parish Council and acts as the Council’s statutory Responsible Financial Officer.

The Proper Officer role is currently part-time, and annual leave is usually taken during the months of April, August and December. The Proper Officer’s usual working pattern includes Tuesday evenings, Thursday evenings, and Sundays – hours that are worked flexibly and subject to change.
