Cllr Tim Vernon
Originally from Stockton Heath I moved with my wife to (the outskirts of) the village in 2012.
I have previously worked in Chester Jobcentre, where I became involved in the Trade Union and got my first taste in representing others. Having left to take a sabbatical abroad we returned to the UK and moved to Kingsley.
We have a daughter who attends the Community Primary School and Nursery where I now find myself employed as a site manager. In addition to promoting the views of the villagers, I also have a keen interest in having the school represented on the council and by doing so ensuring that future generations will love growing up here just as my daughter does. Kingsley is a fantastic village, and I am proud to be working to help it improve where I can.
I walk as often as I can and an ideal afternoon would be a decent hike with a beer at the end, I also love cricket and support Warrington Wolves RLFC.
