Higher Heyes – Properties Selling Fast!

With the construction of Higher Heyes due to complete in March, Torus Housing Association have advised there has been significant interest in the properties with twenty-seven enquiries which have so far resulted in thirteen applications – seven of which have been approved (four awaiting mortgage confirmation and three awaiting an exchange of contracts).

There has been a fantastic uptake from Kingsley residents, or those with a local connection, and it is hoped this will continue to ensure the remaining properties best serve those in the area who are most in need of affordable and accessible housing.
