Cheshire West and Chester Council is seeking the views of children and young people, supported by their family, on what matters to them regarding the future leisure, health and wellbeing provision in the Frodsham area.

Linked below is a simple 4-question survey, and the aim is to receive as many views as possible from children and young people during this consultation.

The survey deadline is Thursday 28^th April 2022.
